Very cute anime. I enjoyed it.
Happy ending. Yes, although not romantic.
Seiji finds and brings Hazuki little sister Art to live with them.
Kouhei seals his jougan so that he can remain with Hazuki.
He tells Hazuki that her mother is dead. She cries and then he reminds her she hasn't 'sucked' him today. So she bites him.
Searching around from manga readers the relationship between Hazuki & Kouhei develops and they do become a couple.
